1. Scheme of Examination

2. Internal Assessment

3. Minimum Pass Marks

Practical50% in end exam AND 50% overall
Industrial Training50% industry + 50% final viva

4. Improvement Rules

No improvement for practicals/labs/project/industrial training
Must attempt within next 2 exams & within 5 years of admission
Original mark memos must be submitted

5. Promotion Rules

6. Award of Class

7. Examination Fee

As prescribed by SBTET notifications.

9. Issue of Marks Memos

Free after results
Duplicate on payment + affidavit

10. Maximum Period to Complete Diploma

3-year course → 6 years
3½-year course → 7 years

11. Eligibility for Diploma Award

Must pass all subjects & finish within allowed duration.

12. Photocopy, Recounting, Reverification

Apply in time
Applicable for theory & drawing
Refund if marks improve

13. Malpractice Cases

Punished as per SBTET rules
No recounting/reverification

14. Discrepancies

Represent within 1 month of results

15. Duplicate Diploma

Issued on payment + FIR + affidavit
Damaged original must be surrendered
